Winner of this edition was Natalya Podolskaya, a Belarusian singer who took part to the 2004 edition of "Fabrika Zvyozd 5" (the Russian "Star Academy" show). After this appearance, she released her very first single "Pozdno" which suddenly became a big hit all over the Country. In 2005 she placed 15th at the Eurovision Song Contest with "Nobody hurt no one".

Just two points behind, Italy placed second with "L'Impazienza" by Danijay, a rising star on the Italian dance scene.
Albania achieved its best result to date in the Eurodanceweb award, thanks to "Mengjesi pa ty" performed by Julka and produced by Andy Dj, one of the most succesful Albanian dance artists.
Among other well-known entries of this edition, we remember "Un Monde Parfait" sung by Ilona, which was on the top of the French charts for more that 3 months and "Love Me Love Me" performed by Arsenium, former member of the Moldovan boy-band "O-Zone", internationally known for their smash hit "Dragostea din tei".

Many European websites followed the competition and radio stations from Italy and from France broadcast special shows featuring all the competing songs.A big New Year's party was organized in the main square of Lecce, in southern Italy, where for the whole night people danced to the rhythm of the Eurodancweb entries.
